369ph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "369ph" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 369ph.club and all associated services, games, and features offered thereunder.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a registered User on the 369ph platform.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts, or free-play awards granted to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table, bingo room, crash game, sports bet, or other wagering product available on 369ph.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees 369ph's operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 369ph website, mobile web application, and all associated interfaces through which Users access 369ph services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which online gaming or gambling is illegal or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

To be eligible to register and use the 369ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
3. You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 369ph or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from 369ph or had an Account terminated for cause;
6. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
7. Participating in online gaming activities is legal in your jurisdiction of residence.

369ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 369ph may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on 369ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You must promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy. 369ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 369ph immediately at [email protected].

369ph implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 369ph may withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

369ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Additional minimums may apply to specific payment methods as displayed in the cashier.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering control. 369ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours during operational periods. Cryptocurrency (USDT) withdrawal processing times vary by network congestion.

Deposits must be funded from a payment source legally owned or controlled by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any Balance derived from a third-party funding source may be voided, and the Account may be closed.

369ph offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus Funds must meet a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms, failing which the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited;
• Bonuses may only be used for eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements;
• 369ph reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a User is exploiting or abusing the bonus system;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

All games on 369ph are governed by their individual game rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The outcomes of all Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 369ph are determined by certified RNG systems that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical game events (shuffled decks, roulette ball landings, dice rolls) conducted in licensed studio environments under the supervision of trained personnel.

369ph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed, settled, or accepted in error — including, but not limited to, situations involving system malfunctions, human error in setting game parameters, or obvious pricing errors. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake amount will be returned to the User's Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 369ph platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Accessing the platform if under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players or 369ph staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Abusing or exploiting bonus offers, promotions, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, or tamper with the 369ph platform or any game software;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 369ph staff or other players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 369ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or system downtime.

369ph's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

369ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 369ph shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Users as a result of platform unavailability during such maintenance periods.

All content on the 369ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of 369ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 369ph content without prior written authorization.

369ph's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 369ph platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

369ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• At the User's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes;
• A regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

Upon Account closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), 369ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account Balance, including Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance where the closure is the result of fraud or prohibited conduct. Upon closure for non-cause reasons (e.g., user-initiated closure or regulatory direction), Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via the registered payment method after any pending verification requirements are met.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 369ph support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed until the self-exclusion period has elapsed. Full details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including disputes regarding the existence, validity, breach, or termination thereof — shall first be submitted to 369ph's internal complaints process. Users must submit a written complaint to [email protected] before initiating any formal proceedings. 369ph will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a complaint is not satisfactorily resolved through 369ph's internal process, Users may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's established complaints channels. All unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

369ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 369ph platform.

Your continued use of the 369ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
